i was just on my way to bed when i remembered the story i wanted to tell. last night, our water got turned off around 1 in the morning. it was weird. then around 6 i woke up to use the bathroom. actually i just woke up cuz i was nervous about my day. i vaguely remember hearing the pipes creak and moan earlier in the night

sometimes when we went out of town (when we were living at my old house) we'd come home and the water would run brownish yellow for a little while. I think it was rust from the wet pipes not being used.
