a. i cant sleep so i just got out of bed to take 3 sonatas. also my arms itch like crazy. my watch irritated my skin and now its all bumpy and itchy. also i have more eczema on my hands and it is HIGHLY annoying

i did a liquid fast for about 45 days or so. its been so long since i did that... i guess it was november and december 2001. i'll be happy to give you some pointers if you have any questions or what-have-you. i'll read your journal and see whats up :)
