Revived 30's or 40's. Which, judging from the comments, is accurate. =P

I'm thinking possibly 30s, too...the fur, hairstyles, and weird hats make me think 30s, like in the Poirot TV episodes. The shoulders and masculine simplicity make me think 1940s, though.
