Well, it's been about 2 weeks since I last updated this thing, so I'll go ahead and do it now. It's raining outside...a somewhat odd occurrence in southern California. But, I guess it was bound to happen sooner or later

I hear ya loud and clear about the labs. I registered for this Food Cooking Lab that was ONE credit hour that was 3 hours a week and had research based lab reports. Needless to say, I dropped that thing. I just wanted to learn to cook...not write.
