i'm going to pick up my new meds. i start them in the morning. i will be incresing the dosge in a week and gradually tapering off the zoloft

Changing meds is always difficult. Just remember; you've got friends available for whatever help you might need getting through the transition - and (of course) further down the road. *huggles*
