i had such a bad experience with UPS's package tracking customer service yesterday that it tied my stomach in knots and i screamed my lungs out inside my car.

i am considering emailing them to lodge a complaint, but am not sure what, if any, good it would do.

Today's Two Lumps pretty much defines Death and Taxes and their behavior lately.

Only they take turns being the stupid one.
