I feel so bad for Chris. His dad died yesterday of a heartattck. Chris flew back earlier today I guess. I'm coming back tomarrow. I hope everyone is doing ok. I havent talked to anyone yet. The funeral hasnt been set yet, but from what I heard its going to be a small private family one

hey. here's an idea...if you've never actually lived in a certain city, don't knock it. also, detroit cops aren't bad cops. "not the best in their field..." whatever, douchebag.

Detroit does suck, why else is crime so rampant without in end in sight, Detroit has one of the worst crime rates in the country. It sad that with such a large police force, they can't control the city. The GP's are right across the street and they dont have much problems. Their cops can control the cities, and there arent that many of them. The control can be seen every day, at a simple traffic stop there are at least 3 cars within sight just in case it gets out of hand. You would figure that with such proximity to Detroit they would have a lot of the problems, but they dont. The Detroit police also have been under investigation for serious corruption problems. Detroit is a dirty, falling apart, crime ridden city, you dont have to live there to realize that. Why else are so many people leaving the city? Everyone who can afford it has already moved.

You dont have to live in a city to make judgement on it. Everyone knows detroit is a festering rathole. I used to live near Detroit. I used to be in the city a lot because of my job and becuase of my friends. They all moved and I quit that job so I know longer had any reason to go into the shithole. And thinking that Detroit cops are actually good is not only wrong, its retarded to think that. Detroit cops are among the worst in the nation. Detroit cops are some of the most corrupt in the nation, and the Detroit police department, like its school system, is one of the largest failures in the nation. Detroit itself is a failure. It used to be a great city, know it sucks more than Flint. Detroit is full of crime, full of drugs, full of VD, full of failures, losers, dropouts, and drug addicts. It has a shitty school system, shitty police department, shitty mayor and council, and shitty homes. And no, a few good ones dont make up for the thousand of other ones that are run down and not cared for. Like Jenn said, everyone that could move
