meh. I'm in favor of leaving the gate down and letting Darwin take care of the problem. Then just bill the dead people's estates for cleanup. :p

There will always be some segment of the population that's too stupid to figure out that being on the train tracks while there's a train there isn't a good idea.

Fines and patrolling will not fix this problem. They will only give the stupid people a chance to pass their stupidity on to their children. ;P

Regardless of the morality of agreeing or disagreeing with you, I was hoping that the gate would keep a majority of the people from crossing into our parking lot and making noise. x_x
