i saw you on ed_progresspics you are so pretty and look great..we have like the exact same body type (like pear...hips etc.. :o) )i havent lost any weight lol tell me how you did ittt! i added you add me back!!
hi there! yet another person who saw on you ed_progresspics and such. how did you do it?? i'm close to your weight before you lost and i've tried everything i can think of to lose weight and it's just not coming off. any tips would be greatly appreciated!!
hey! basically last august i started eating 500 cals or less a day, and doing a little bit of cardio a day (barely anything though) the weight just started melting off basically! then i went to school and it was really hard for me to do the 500 cals a day or less because you never really know how many cals are in things your eating from a cafeteria lol so i just started working out a lot, and the weight continued to melt off. Usually i work out 4-6 days a week, excersize makes THE biggest difference, except you tend to be more hungry when you work out because you burn so many calories, but if you work out in the AM you really fasten your metabolism for the rest of the day so its ok to cheat a little. But basically i just try & eat healthy now and stay under 1200 cals, and i just work out like a mad woman lol
