How Appropriate!!!

I love calla lilies!  and I knew they would be included in  the wedding.

So I decided to look up the flowers meaning and this is what I found:

CALLA LILY: Magnificent beauty.  There are also associated with the sixth wedding anniversary.

I'm in love and I'm getting married!!!!!!   hee heee

And apparently I'm a magnificent beauty! ha ha!

The Victorians wrote lots of stuff on the language of flowers...I love reading about it, some of it is quite magical.

Also just want to say I am really enjoying reading your wedding plan updates! And the dress ideas sound gorgeous. Good luck with all of it!!

yes1 I love reading lore of flowers and herbs.. and the way the victorian's wrote some of it was amazing.

I did I did!

they were very simple. I had maybe 8? tied in a ribbon.
my moh carried 3, bridesmaids 1 each

Yeah thats how I always thought i'd do it. a few tied with a ribbon and have my bridesmaid carry one each.. but since we are going for more of an elopment, we are going to go simpler and I may just give Kim, THE MOH, a corsage. and Im planning on getting silk flowers.. i want a keep sake.. ya know? I plan some nice fall colored calla lilies with some fall foliage mixed in and it all tied with a pretty ribbon. Im just not sure if I want long stems, or shorter stems.. ahh decisions... lol

I LOVE Gerber Daises.. those were my other choice. they would look awesome for a Summer wedding:) colors?

well I'm going to try and have the BM dresses be green and then the daisies be yellow. I'm not sure if I want to make mine a combo of a bunch of different colors so it looks different.

I figure I *think* they are a little cheaper and they are big so you don't need a ton of them - I don't know I just like them they are fun!
