Sounds like you exercise a lot! Have you tried cutting calories? I suggest cutting out soda or eating a fraction less not cutting out a certain type of food but I'm no expert by any means . . .
the only time I lose weight is when I have a cold because I just lose my appetite all together . . . eh well.

i count calories daily and don't drink soda - water only. Yesterday my calories were only about 1200. I do splurge on the weekends because we end up having a few drinks or eating out, but I feel like that shouldn't kill me. Its discouraging! Maybe weight lifting is the key... we shall try.
he said its because i am focused on cardio and not lifting (i hate lifting!!). he said that i would see results in 12 weeks if i stick with him. Plus, on the weekends we definitely drink our fair share so I kinda deserve a beer gut!
