the scene: mark and i are waiting in line at best buy tonight at like seven oclock. we're behind this guy who is behind a pair of dreadlocked, sweatered and corduroyed hippie guys. suddenly the normal guy in front of us gestures to us and points at the one hippie's back. stuck securely to the sweater fibers is a pretty good sized clump of weed.. too much coffee past 8pm = bad news. i feel kinda sick. tonight we went to sierra madre to cafe 322 again for my jazz class, this time it was a band who does jazz covers of classic rock songs with some tv themes and jazz standards mixed in...it was good for one hour long set but two was overkill, i kinda wanted to stab myself in the eye after. so the blue shoes came today, i was soo excited...but i looked at them and they aren't as cute as i thought. and then i put them on...no WAY would i be able to walk in them, those things are made for people with superfat feet. my feet look like little kids feet in those shoes. f that. soo i'm going to return them and instead get THESE :]
