It's late. I came home, figured there wasn't much else to do at Taffy's house. Maddie went in the shower, I said see ya to Stefan, and I left. Need to think about everything, need to fix this. Taffy's out there somewhere, Maddie's here, Heather's out there probably havin' a ball...

I quietly unlock the door to the apartment and head in, sighing once I'm inside. Turns out Jenny's not asleep. She's sitting right there on the couch watching TV.

Ah, so he came home tonight. I click the TV off and look up at him, noticing the worried and stressed out look on his face. Yikes. "What happened?" I ask, curious to find out what's got him so down. Seemed like things were fine.

Setting my keys down, I take off my shoes and sit down next to her. "A lot's happened." I say simply, knowing that doesn't exactly explain anything. Not really in the mood to tell the whole story anyways.

I raise an eyebrow, something we both often do. "A lot," I repeat. "Just a lot, huh? Bet that's the reason why you've got the 'oh no disaster' face on." I can't help but laugh just a little bit then stop. Wrong move, he looks even more grumpy now. Crap.

I walk behind him, opening up the fridge and grabbing a bottle of water. "I did. Sort of. Made amends with this guy who was at the video store incident. Turns out he's pretty cool." And he was. I'd like to see him again, talk or do whatever. Jordan's right, I do need more friends. Ones that don't do drugs and get me arrested.

I nod, not being able to say anything back due to a yawn escaping my mouth. It's true, I'm pretty tired. It's a good thing I don't have work tomorrow, school being out and all. "Gonna head in. See you tomorrow, k? Night Jen." And with that, I give her a little wave and I stumble into my room, crashing down onto my bed. Hopefully we can sort out this mess soon.
