Not that I've been anywhere close to perfect on the grain free diet, but I had a huge amount of wheat tonight and I've got runny eyes, runny and stuffy nose, and am sneezing up a storm.

Whelp, the big plate of spaghetti and garlic bread the next night suggests I was wrong.
