It's become painfully clear that Ryan and I have to economize as we not only have many pressing bills, we need to be saving for our trip to London this summer. One of our guilty pleasures is eating out, so we are doing our best to cut this waaay down and cook at home

Good for you! I do batch cooking too, but yeah, I have to be careful not to take on an entire day of cooking or it takes me three days to recover.
