A Lull in Activity

Next week is VBS, but thankfully this week I have most of my grunt work done. Still odds and ends, one more training session that I have to give, but I am finding a little bit more time to relax and unwind. It's a good thing. I swear I am tired of people telling me how tired I look.

I am glad that your writing career has been fulfilling in so many ways. I agree with you that it is important to feel needed/valued in what you do. That has been a problem with a lot of my past jobs where I felt like I could have been anybody sitting at that workstation.

I will add that it does amaze me the culture of today's parent. So intent on doing things "right."

I agree and think it is a mindset people maintain towards more than parenting as well.
