you know.. I'm totally aggravated right now.. I have the worst luck with phones and phone companies.. when I first got my cell phone it was like some cheap verizon phone.. it crapped out on me and it sounded like i was talking over a fucking cb radio.. then when I upgrade (which was supposed to be free but cost me 200 bucks) I got a cute green

p.p.s. call the call center. tell them you attempted it online, but it wouldnt go thru. tell them it said that "Your request failed". they'll waive the $20 fee.
