What's up with New England style March winter weather in Central Arkansas? Forecast is calling for snow! It should be getting WARM!

edit: They're calling for 6-10 inches of snow for our area! wtf?????

Wow, weather's all weird. It's been nice here though... 70s and periodically rainy ^^

Living in New England, I find this entry a bit funny, it's about time someone else got subjected to the abject terror of wild temperature swings and weather that can be pretty much anything in the book, from sunny and 60 degrees to 25 with 6+ inches of snow having fallen on the ground in the past 24 hours, to the deep freeze, 10 degrees with 50 mph wind gusts, and pretty much anything in between.

Welcome to New England. =p hehe

I spent the first 35 years of my life living in Northeastern Connecticut. I know New England weather. One of the things, aside from Ark, I looked forward to about moving to Arkansas was the milder winters lol ... we ended up with less snow than predicted, but still ... snow in March sucks

that's so sad because it has definitely been fairly warm and thunder-stormy in maryland :)
