so. i've come up with a new goal. i've been reading the new magazine Lifetime (my mom gets it, its actually really good, as lame as it sounds). and they suggested something about not setting a certain amount of pounds to lose, something more realistic is vowing to take off 10% of your body weight & keep it off.
that's what i am going to do.

if i can actually stick to a diet, than you can, too.
and believe me, it'll pay off,
and you'll feel quite happy with yourself in the end.
just make sure that you dont go all obsessive and stuff!
