Now that my relationship has come to a screaming flaming white ball of fury ending, including threats of restraining orders, I am left with nothing but Al-anon to get me through this. Any words of wisdom? What is this recovery chart thinging? It sounds intriguing and helpful, although if it's more focused on children on alcoholics, it will not help me much. Any other resources you can suggest?
