For the record, i think standardized tests are a giant waste of everybody's time. They don't really prove anything, and people put too much weight on them. I say we burn that shit to the ground.

my thinking on those tests is that they suck, but since there's not really a generally easier way to do a scientifically controlled test on a massive group(in other words, a form of testing with equal circumstances), they're a necessary evil.

also, as one of the biggest nerds you know, I'm proud of "I usually open semagic with...". Way to use that client. :)

I think I peaked in middle school. Elementary school sucked because I never got to have my main classes with my classmates. I spent 2nd through 4th grade is 4th through 7th grade classes...everyone hated me, and my fellow 2nd-4th graders didn't really understand me. Middle school was quality, though. No worries, no job, no homework (well...ok so I HAD it, I just didn't do it, but it counts), free food, and 20 hours of gaming every weekend...and that's when I met Quinn and the gang. Good times, middle school.

"Excuses? I don't have excuses. I have reasons."

You make me laugh.

I'll tell you the same thing I told Lauren last week. I think you're probably far more normal than you even realize.
