We won't have cable until Friday so I haven't been watching the RNC or keeping up with the news in general. But I listened tonight on my way home (to NPR's coverage... which by the way was embarrassingly biased in its between-speech commentary). my favorite was when he implied that a Democratic leadership was "big brother."

As if it wasn't the Republican administration repeatedly limiting our civil liberties all of these years.

No kidding. The Republicans keep selling the same ideas about the size of government, but they never do anything about it, other than grow it.

I tuned in mid-stream so I don't know who the speaker was, but the audience couldn't cheer loud enough. I wanted to barf on myself.
