Sooooo cool Jenny! It will be nice to have a basement. Do you guys already have a basement under your current foundation? Or will this be new? How will the layout go? Bedrooms downstairs? I bet it's so exciting to have that addition started!

We don't have a basement under our current house. We will have 2 bedrooms a bathroom and a living room in the basement and a master bedroom and bathroom and family room upstairs. One of these times I out to see if I can attach the plans :)
