So in Florida I am used to the occasional racoon or possum bloodied on the side of the road. It's sad but sometimes you don't see them until you are right on them and unfortunately they become one with the pavement

First: congratulations. Second: I have actually seen cow roadkill in the state of Florida. It was under an overpass, on it's back, bloated, with all four hooves in the air.
