If I remember right, Rotom is the Pokémon that's hidden in a TV in that mansion/house :o I *think* anyway, I can only go by what I've read, I know a Pokémon in the game is found in a TV and Rotom has the ability to slip inside electrical appiliances ^^

I read somewhere that you meet it by seeing the two apparations and then going to the TV. I did it, but it still hasn't appeared T_T
