I haven't yet found jeans that work for me, but everything else you said could absolutely have been about me as well. I won't wear regular tee shirts because I have to have a V- or scoop neck or I look like a brick. I'm 5' 0.00" :D

I've had good luck with Lane Bryant's Right Fit line. Specifically, the Blue/Circle style.

Unfortunately, the quality seems to be going downhill, so I'm looking around for a new default.

Ashley Stewart's petite skinny jeans size 18 blow my mind for what they do for my shape. (I'm 5'4 and deliciously thick.) Also, those juxtaposed words "petite skinny" on anything in clothing for me and my normally-otherwise-adjectived body are BEYOND delightful!!!!!!!!

Flared pants are my absolute favorite. I long for the day when bell bottoms are easy to buy again. I've always had calves that were "thick" from dancing and skating instead of the stick thin legs that so many girls have. When you pair that with average thighs and a non-existent butt/waistline, it's hard to find pants that will look right, because skinnier pants are too tight on my legs and sizing up makes them way too big in the butt region.

So I'm wearing a lot more skirts/dresses lately. I actually LIKE my legs, but pants are another issue!
