haven't posted in ages. this is probably due to the fact that i've been sick since just after Christmas! First Anthony had flu when we got back from Essex on the 27th, and then i caught it a few days later. but i haven't been able to shake being ill, so today was a doctors appointment who told me to take it easy because i have a severe upper

OMG. i miss mexican food SO MUCH. my best friend is Mexican, so her mum used to make some of the most mouth-watering stuff on earth....! the closest i get to awesome Mexican here in the UK is the Chipotle that is in London... and thats very rare that i get there!! grrrr.

there is a place right up the road from where i live here in Plymouth that says it's awesome, but we went there early last year and it was AWFUL. my husband said it was alright, but it was bad. they didnt season the rice and gave me guacamole from a can. it's even got Speedy Gonzalez on the sign..... ew! i tried to explain to my husband that he just doesn't know what good Mexican is, like i don't know what good Indian is... :)

and thanks. being sick has gotten really old, so im hoping to get alot better soon! <3
