On the street today, evening rush hour, I walked in front of some guy and then someone stepped in front of me, making a little pedestrain traffic jam. This is right on the corner of 7th Ave and 34th St (AKA Macy's and the LIRR entrance) I blocked the box. And the guy made the "fried eggs" noise, walked around behind me, and called me a corn chip.

What is the "fried eggs" noise?

Its the noise your mouth makes when you suck your teeth in annoyance or dissapproval. I'm not sure how common that phrase but thats what people called it where i grew up.
