Evan had a 5 minute long absence seizure today. I didnt even know that was possible. It happened in the arms of his skeptical special ed teacher. Interesting how things work out. He's fine now but he sure gave me a heart attack for awhile.

Just thought of you today because someone I know is publishing an online magazine looking for people to submit writing and I'd like to submit a poem. The journal encourages poems to be accompanied by pictures and I really think the picture of evan with mud on his face would be perfect! The edition I'm submitting to is about seasonal affective disorder, and the poem is supposed to be, well, touching, and his face seems to perfectly embody someone contemplating things about which he may or may not be able to speak, but which obviously he feels.

let me know if you're into it. if you'd let me publish the pic. naturally, no names would be mentioned, or rather, your name as photographer could be (if they accept our submission).
