WOW My kettlenetics got here today !! I just did the introductory dvd and the basic routine workout and MAN. I could do it.. but in that short amount of time I was super sweaty and out of breath and my abs were feeling great! So I'm stoked.
I still need to go run, so I need to catch my breath and run over and get 3 or 4 miles in.
Ain't nothin like a good run at 4am. I've been really good this week. Hopefully if I keep it up this obesity will stop plaguing me. I'm also purchasing 'kettlenetics' a dance inspired routine
