It may seem to some that I only update my journal on days when the third floor women's restroom smells like broccoli. It seems that way to me sometimes. I'll have you know that's not true. Just a small gripe.

Yesterday, the air conditioning was broken here at work. It was 91 degrees all day long.

Today, now that the air conditioning has been fixed, it's hovering around 60 degrees.

So, here I am, in a summer dress with a wool winter coat wrapped around my legs.

I was amazed today when I opened up my lj and saw that I hadn't updated in months.  I read my friends page once every week or two, but it seems that I haven't actually contributed to my journal since September.

I know I haven't posted in forever, but something came up.

I have a gripe.

Today I wasn't feeling well and called in sick.  I started feeling better after a few hours and felt too guilty not to work.  Because I left the house at 10 I was able to speed down 66 and the beltway and made it to work by 10:30.
