This was a really awesome take on the whole mate thing. They come into their heritage upon sexing their mate and it's not primarily scent-based? I like it.

I really love how this was written too. The switch of focus from Jensen to Jared to Jerry was really smooth and this was hot like whoa.

Though, since it starts out rape and turns consensual, maybe you should say the warning's more non-con/dub-con than rape? But omg, much love <33
