Every moment of every day is a choice to be good or not, to keep promises or break them, to succeed or fail to have integrity. I have failed in this several times this month. Not going to a party. Going to see Joanna and Paul instead. Joanna's going to help me sign up for the Landmark Forum that teaches how to communicate, have good relationships, and not repeat past mistakes.

I'm going to go visit friends this weekend. I'm going to see Paul and Annie on Saturday (might leave Friday night), and then I talked to Jamie B. about going to a halloween party on Saturday night and then having breakfast with another of her friends on Sunday morning.
