Theme for Challenge 07 is another two-part theme. Your icon needs to include both parts of the theme.

☆ PROVIDED IMAGES; You can use any part of any of the images below, but no other images will be allowed. Please only use these versions of the images; using your own will make it unfair for the other participants. You may add any text, brushes, patterns or textures that you wish, however.

☆ CREATIVE CROPPING; In order to meet the requirements for this challenge, your icon cannot feature a center crop. If you are unsure what I mean by creative crop or center crop, I encourage you to take a look at this tutorial. It has some great thoughts on cropping (along with other icon techniques).

Please interpret the theme freely! We encourage wide interpretation. Be sure, however, that your icon fits the theme. If you feel that your icon may need explanation, please explain; it will help us determine the suitability of your submission. If you have questions about the theme or the validity of your interpretation, please feel free to contact us. If your icon does not fit the theme, we will inform you. You will have until the submission deadline to correct it.

::RULES::
☆ You may only enter ONE icon.
☆ Your icon MUST fit the provided theme, or you will be asked to resubmit.
☆ If you have no remaining skips and do not submit an icon before the deadline, you will be disqualified from the round.
☆ Your icon must fit Livejournal standards: 100x100 and 40 kb or less.
☆ Your icon must be completely new and not posted anywhere on LJ (this includes in your personal journal or ANYONE's userpics)
☆ Upload your icon somewhere where hotlinking is enabled (photobucket, tinypic, etc).
☆ If for any reason you need to resubmit, please delete your prior submission comment before posting a new one.
☆ You may participate only if you have signed up HERE and have not been eliminated in a previous round.
☆ Again, the deadline for submission is Thursday, February 25th at NOON CST (UTC -6).
