Hi, I just started reading your story on FF.net. I'm only on chapter 8 I think (I'm reading on my phone so I'm not sure), and so far I love it! I like Chlollie but I didn't care for how the show developed their relationship, so it's great to read a story that actually shows things progressing. You write Chloe and Oliver really well, and I can't tell you enough how much I love that Chloe is back at the DP in your story. I loved Reporter!Chloe, and always felt that she needed to go back to journalism.

Also, I'm really not a fan of SV's Lois, so I generally try to avoid fics that feature her heavily. One problem I see in a lot of Chlollie fics is that Lois becomes SuperCousin, far more involved and supportive to Chloe than we've ever seen on the show. I love how you write Lois though! She's a big part of Chloe's life, but in a more realistic way. I also love what you did with Hex, an episode I absolutely loathed.

Well, just wanted to let you know how much I enjoy your story.

Thanks for the review. I haven't updated in awhile, I'm on vacation this week and thought I'd have some time to write, but a niece and nephew both under the age of three are more tiring than I'd thought.

I wanted to give Chloe back some of what she was and her own self determination. The show got nonsensical, so I wanted to "fix" some of that. Chloe got lost and Lois was exaggerated, always assumed to be great without any evidence to support it.

I didn't plan to write in Lois, but she came into the story and stuck. Chloe is still her own person, free and independent of Lois and Clark.
