I guess being that it's con season doesn't really influence purchasing costumes on ebay as I though. Or at least Sailor Moon-esque costumes. I relisted the two costumes I'm trying to sell on ebay. It's also REALLY close to con season, so people going to Otakon already have their costumes planned out, if not finished.

But they'll sell--they're too pretty not to.

Don't let other people's wallets influence your judgment again. Teenybopper cosplayers are notoriously cheap to the point of unrealism, I can't tell you how many stories I've heard of seamstresses I know getting e-mails where the girl asks for a terribly elaborate costume--I mean we're talking like an authentic replication of Princess Di's wedding gown type of elaborate--for thirty dollars. Because when you're a kid, thirty dollars is "a lot" of money.

You've got a good point. I'll just keep it up. I'm trying to make some money to tune my Piano, so that's one of the reasons why I wanna sell them. Mainly because they don't fit me right anymore.

have you tried sailor moon communities? that's where i pimped my costumes and someone bought my princess dress there.

It would be muchly appreciated if you would pimp my costumes out anywhere you think people will bite the hook!

and also you can try the cosplay.com forums- there's a place where you can advertise for costumes on sale
