So, I was actually going to post a nice, long post for the two people who check this blog, but I'm getting sleepy and I still have laundry to do. And so, I give you a list. Enjoy. Maybe I'll post something decent later in the week

tater-top mtn? really? of course when you google it you get a bunch of responses with 'mountain' dew and 'tater tots'... who would have thought?
oh yes, after living with a roller girl for a year i definitely did notice the high percentage of lesbians... i didn't get dippin' dots though.
Our drive-in went out of business two years ago--i never made it there. last drive-in experience was a double feature of scream and dante's peak in Shelby, NC. One would think in Oklahoma would be full of drive-ins (at least as visualized in the movie Twister), but no, we actually do have approx. 2 stadium seating theatres for the state.
Um...Why did I never know that you lived with a roller girl? You have roller derby in Oklahoma? You should always get dippin' dots. Always. The future is now.
I know you got the short end of the stick but it was either that or not having money to pay for a taxi to catch my flight, though I wouldn't mind staying in NYC.
OK, rollerderby is awesome. It's a staple of our Raleigh experience.
And, we're jealous of you catching Kids in the Hall. They are performing as a part of Spoleto/Piccolo Spoleto which is super cool as it's a great cultural arts event. And I do rate Kids in the Halls as cultural and art. Jay Clifford is part of Piccolo Fringe, this upcoming weekend. We'll be there the following weekend to party with the Canaveras at Spoleto but sadly, only the Dave I married will be there. None of the other "Daves I Know." ~V
Aw, I wish we were going to be in Charleston at the same time - it would be good to see you! I'll say hi to Dave Foley for you guys. And the Dave You Know is a pretty cool one. :) I'm sure I'll see you soon, though, what with fun Amber wedding activities coming up!
which drive-in did you go to? we are going to Belmont this Friday. Clyde enjoys it too! This past weekend, I won the egg-on-a-spoon-beer-chug-obstacle-course contest at the NASCAR shindig. my family is so proud.
we went to the drive-in near Albemarle (Badin Rd.). I've hear the one in Belmont is pretty sweet - what are you going to see? We should have waited a week. This week at Badin Rd. is an Iron Man/Indiana Jones double-feature.
Nice job on the egg-on-a-spoon-beer-chug-obstacle-course. You're my hero.
