I've been working at the Delonis Homeless Shelter downtown on Huron for over a month now. When I mention that to people, they say how wonderful that is, how I'm doing "good." That's not the reason I volunteer there. I want to learn. I do help, but I mostly want to understand these people and their situation. I didn't want to keep walking past
