I was just watching her on an episode of Poirot the other night. My thoughts are with her family.

Oh my goodness. That's far too young an age to die these days, especially considering that she didn't find her true life partner until relatively late in her life. Very sad news. :-/

Yup. A terrible year for loss. There doesn't seem to be much new talent as a replacement either.

Yes. It's a lovely photo of her, I've used it on my website front page too. Along with a lovely one of her with Jeremy.

I have read a twitter post my Stephen Fry:
"Just as "please switch off your phones now" is announced, I hear of Anna Massey's death: a wonderful sweet natured brilliant actress. Woe."

I'm very sorry for the family, especially her son, David and the grandchildren.

Yes. She passed on the 2nd of July with David and her husband by her bedside.
