He found me through AO3 in 2013 and requested "a nc-17 fic of either henry/emma or henry/regina or henry/mary margart or henry/ruby if those pairings bother you

I definitely don't think this creep is a bot. But I do wonder if it's more than one person using the same name. Or a "copycat artist." Either that or the same creep has been requesting this stuff since the mid-1990s. Which is disturbing on so many levels.
