okay so i am going to make a vow that i am going to walk int he park every day for half hour of my lunch then eat subway...so i hope my sister sticks with it for me so that we can lose weight..I NEED to tone up.

well i went to trading post, had a good time..didnt drink much, now I am getting ready for work. :)

well saturday i went to collinsville had a good time at dyd seeing people and doing registration. I went back to springfield that evening had a family thing I had to deal with for confirmation then I went out with some friends that were in town.
