Well don't I feel like an asshole for saying at least you don't have shingles! Although it sounds like "mild shingles" but still SUCKY. Usually caused by massive stress though, so do what the doc says and get some rest. :( Feel better!

Shingles has become more and more common. Who knows why? I've known at least 4 people in my extended family here who have had it in the last 5 years. That doesn't seem like much but considering that I'd only known one person in the previous 50 year who ever had it, that *is* a pretty big increase.
