I was showering this morning and I started to think about "what ifs". The biggest "what if" was what if I broke my arm at derby? I worry, too about breaking something or otherwise seriously injuring myself. One reason I keep the job I do is because I have insurance through it, so the bills wouldn't kill me, but without a car, doing anything to my feet or legs would completely suck.
Still, I'd rather have a broken leg now than a heart attack when I'm 50, and it seems like the only excercise that's interesting to me comes with a component of danger.

1) I talked to Denise on the phone. After she has her surgery we at least me and you if not more, really need to go visit her. She said she would totally appreciate it. Also maybe flowers from the fresh meat that know her well.
2) My piercer said that I should NOT move piercing around, just clean around and move as little as possible when getting crusties off. He said moving it just causes more trauma to ear. Also, when i had nipples pierced hoops took forever to heal, cause they moved to much, soon as i put barbell in they healed up. He gave me special cleaning solution called H2 Ocean, with natural sea salt etc. Its a spray, that i spray on, let absorb, then use q-tip with. Today and last nite i didnt move it at all, and its feeling a little better, just cleaned it and had to move it some to get crusty stuff off, but thats it. Thanks for the info though....
