How hard is it to get pregnant? A healthy couple with no known issues only has a 20% chance of concieving each cycle. Honestly, I wonder sometimes how so many people get pregnant on accident.

Right, but if you are healthy and have unprotected sex every cycle, it'll happen. The only directions are: have sex, repeat as necessary.
