I've taken the initial steps to break out ye old trombone and join my local community band. I can still play a b-flat scale, so I figure I'm good to go.

Dude, I found my piccolo yesterday and managed to sort of play a scale on it. It wasn't pretty, but I remembered all the notes. That's something, right?

I brought my flute back to the house last weekend because I didn't want to risk it going to storage and I really want to start playing again one of these days.

Tuesday nights! The school where they practice is a two minute drive from the house. We could walk it.

Well, if I get a cool gig bag, we could walk it, cause I'm not going to carry the trombone in hard-case for a mile in public. I had enough of that freshman year, lugging the thing to ISAT for class then back down to Hillside for practice.
