Almost perfect scam

Today when I looked into my e-mail, I noticed that Paypal had sent me something, probably a notice that they are changing their policies again. The heading read that I had sent over $200 to some place for a diamond ring! I quickly opened the e-mail and it looked real. I needed to do something quickly or I'd have less of a chance of getting my money

I get a lot of those... more over I get them in my email accounts that not even connected with my paypal account. -_- people. *sighs*
