highs and lows

You know, when I first read Bridget Jones I immediately knew the following was true - you have to first sink to the bottom to get up again - actually let me get the book, it was infinitely better written there, plus, I need to get something to eat (something HEALTHY mind you - this will become obvious, and important, later) - ah there, eaten an apple, and now eating a yoghurt - MUCH better - anyway, here it is: "Sometimes you have to sink to a nadir of toxic fat envelopment in order to emerge, phoenix-like, from the chemical wasteland as a purged and beautiful Michelle Pfeiffer figure."
Well, I've spent this last week at home, with a cold, and existing on a diet of only Nutella and chocolate cookies and yesterday evening I finally almost threw up - I couldn't have put anything sweet into me anymore, even if you paid me.

SO - keep your fingers crossed, maybe chocolate finally grosses me out (I honestly don't think so, but one can always hope, right? ;) )

In other news - do you know Marit Larsen and her song "If a song could get me you"? - It's the sweetest song ever, right up there with Sixpence None the Richer and their "So kiss me". *much love*

Also, going to Belgrade on Thursday, and finally getting a bit excited about it. It'll be fun to go somewhere new for a change. Of course, it'd be much more fun to go with Gregor, however, he's flying to SAR on Friday, so Belgrade will have to wait. Ah well, can't have everything.
