Pain..

Some years ago I had surgery on my knee because I was a genius and snapped my ACL while snowboarding... lately it's been causing me some pretty good ammounts of pain. I stand all day at work, walking back and forth on a not-so-soft floor, and I think that's what's causing my knee to be acting up so much. It's been pretty constant for the last few ( Read more... )

If your knees are bothering you, I'd check out some Dr. Scholls - it sure wouldn't hurt anyways. I've helped my back a lot by getting gel insoles - not nearly as much pain as I used to get. Even helped with the sciatica. Hope you feel better. :-)

Yeah, I have heard some people talking about that. I'm thinking it's more to it though, it's been bothering me for some time now and it came out of nowhere. Same shoes, same working conditions... just weird.

yay to talking to Allie! I know you miss her. Sorry about the other stuff check engine lights suck!! Well I guess they're helpful but yeah. Mine was always on in my old car... it was a piece of shit. And it was never easy or inexpensive to fix... but uh yours is probably nothing. Good luck hun.

Oh yeah and try switching sneakers don't wear the same pair everyday. That happened to me when I was waitressing... my knees hurt so bad whenever I walked... even when I was sitting there. I started switching my sneakers and it went away. Yours may be more serious though. i heard that switching your sneakers is good for your back too though.
