I seem to loose touch with SL when I'm unemployed. I think the EMO and stress people dump get to me and I don't think it's worth the read sometimes ( Read more... )

I wish you the best of luck with your pursuits. *hug* I have confidence you can get through it and make it work. Most of all, though, I hope that the path will bring satisfaction, if not happiness.

Making almost 200K? Man... I haven't made that ever... I wish you the best in your career change and that things get to that more fulfilling state. :)

School is harder than it sounds. It can be maddeningly frustrating, all the stupid, pointless shit they force you to do. I almost couldn't take it, not because it was too difficult but because the ratio of useful material to useless material was horrible. I was within a hair's breadth of quitting my master's 3/4 of the way through.

Anyway, you are a guy who doesn't have a lot of patience for bullshit, so school might be a tough place. When it's got you down, keep your goal in mind. But if you are learning useful things that you like, then your situation should be much better. Good luck with this.
