10.6% raise. Not too shabby. Bonus sucks, but what can ya do? I think this is enough for me to stick it out for another year - then we'll re-evaluate :)

my last raise was 3.8%... with a paltry bonus.

At least our companies are giving us raises/bonuses...most of my clients can't afford to right now.
